  • Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags.

  • Returns or exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • No additional coverage or return insurance is required—we take care of it for you.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at sales@soleablu.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We’ll send you a free return shipping label and further instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original method of payment. Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Need a different size or color? No problem! Just reach out and we’ll take care of the exchange—shipping both ways is on us.
